Below is a basic overview of services and packages I have available, as well as some of the clients I currently work with if you’d like to check out some of my work.

Overview of Services:
Instagram Account Audit
- I use the client’s account insights/analytics to determine what content and hashtags would help generate brand growth and post engagement.
- Assess the client’s account bio and call-to-action options and suggest possible edits or apps/services to maximize account visibility and growth
Custom Text Graphics (Square format)
- Custom text graphics can be book or inspirational quotes, eye-catching information and announcements, or other client-specific content such as promos, release date, etc.
- This will be created to coordinate with the client’s account content grid for a cohesive color story.
Custom Instagram Story Graphics or Templates (Vertical format)
- As with the custom text graphics, Instagram Story graphics can be tailored to the client’s brand’s needs, or engaging quotes or content.
- An Instagram Story template is a very successful tool to generate post and account engagement, as well as an organic way to boost account visibility. Our story templates are designed to encourage reposts by your followers and give them an opportunity to directly engage with, and promote your account. These can be as simple as a“This or That”, “Would You Rather”, “Fill in the Blank”, etc.
- Each template will include the client’s brand/logo/name at the bottom
Standard Content Calendar Template
- This is a standard, pre-made content calendar template file which will include suggested weekly posts, themes, and hashtags that can be customized and used by the client based on their desired brand goals. Example: “Optimized Engagement Content”, “Sales/Promo Content Suggestions”, etc.
- This is perfect for clients who currently have a social media manager handling their Instagram, and are looking for additional content ideas and features that will fit with their account aesthetic or brand goals.
- Each content calendar template will be a file that the client can download from a google drive folder and then customize on their own.
Customized Instagram Story Highlight Cover
- This can be a curated color palette, text, or icon that will represent each Instagram Story highlight/archive category featured on the client’s account landing page.
- Having a designed/customized highlight cover will help your brand page stand out and be more aesthetically pleasing.

Instagram Account Management
Instagram Insights Assessment:
- Tracking stats, and content interaction stats at the beginning of the first month
- Using analytics and client account insights to determine which content, days, and post times would be most beneficial for optimizing account interaction. *This will be included free of charge with the first month of service. Should the client desire to have a monthly account assessment, an additional fee per month will be added to base price as requested.
Weekly Instagram maintenance

- Posting 3-5 times using pre-made content (provided by client)
- Posting 3-5 Instagram Story interactive posts
- Basic post/reader engagement via author’s account (comments, likes, tags, etc)
- Note: We will not run DM maintenance for the client’s Instagram account.
Curated Instagram Management
Instagram Insights Assessment & Audit:

- Using analytics and client account insights to determine which content, days, and post times would be most beneficial for optimizing account interaction. *This will be included free of charge with each month of service.
Curated Content Calendar:
- After the first account assessment we will create a custom Instagram content calendar tailored to the client’s needs and brand goals.
- This content calendar will include all planned posts for the month. This can also be catered to any upcoming promotional events, new releases, etc.
- I will create 4-6 text design templates to be used for recurring content which will be featured on the content calendar as well.
- I will create a google folder where the client will be able to upload any brand logos, pre-made content, teasers, etc for posts.
- If the client is interested in additional custom content creation including additional post templates, teasers, Instagram Story templates, etc, there will be an additional discounted charge per template/graphic.
- I will create cohesive Story highlight covers for the client’s main account page, and organize future archived content within those categories.
